Ben Rock - Director of Distribution and Key Accounts

My first experience with Domino was in 1989 when I spent six months on an Industrial Placement as part of my Chemistry Degree.  After graduating, Domino asked me to return and in May 1991 I joined the Ink Development team.

My career development has been excellent, with a variety of challenging and rewarding roles during my 15 years at Domino. Additionally, Domino has sponsored my MBA, gained through the Open University.

Following a move out of Development to a Commercial Support role in 1993, I then transferred to Group Marketing as a Product Specialist.  In 1996 I joined the UK Sales Team, spending six months at Domino's office in Scotland, then as Area Sales Manager for the East Midlands, based from home in Nottingham. Next, I was promoted to UK Sales Manager, a role I held for three years, prior to moving abroad as Country Manager for Domino's business in Japan. I spent four years working with Domino’s distributors in Japan, Cornes Dodwell Limited and Libero, Inc.  In October 2006, I returned to the UK with my wife and two sons, supporting important Global Accounts and since summer 2008, took on the additional responsibilities to become Director of Distribution and Key Accounts.
