Pascal L'Huillier - Director of After Sales Department

  

I was 27 years old when I began my career at Domino. I joined the Technical Service Team in April 1996 as a Field Service Engineer on the East French area.

After 6 years on the road, with the desire not only to know all our technologies but also to improve my English, I took the responsibility of the North-East Technical Team. This first experience as a Manager, added with the skills acquired during the different training courses I have been involved in, motivated Domino to promote me as the Director of the Service Department.

In 2005, I’ve joined the Domino France Head Office in Rambouillet. As a member of the Board of Directors, I now manage a team of 43 people, nearly half of the French workforce.

My career development illustrates the Domino approach to promote employees who show their interest and motivation for the company and demonstrates that human resource is recognised as the most important asset.
