TotalCare plus Programme
The plus programme is Domino's commitment to sharing its specialist skills with you, its customers, to provide complete solutions for your coding needs.
Domino machines and fluids are designed and manufactured to the highest standards to ensure a trouble-free life and reliable coding. With any equipment though, it's vital to know that you have the back-up of the supplier. TotalCare plus is Domino's name for the package of support you can rely on from the leader in coding and marking solutions.
We recognise that business relationships involve much more than shipping reliable machines and fluids.
Our customers expect and deserve support at all stages of their coding project - from application concept through to after sales support and including installation, training, maintenance, and service assistance.
TotalCare plus Maintain
This contract provides two preventative maintenance visits per printer, per annum, together with all routine replacement spares. The contract also offers the following discounts.

TotalCare plus Silver Contract
This contract provides two preventative maintenance visits per printer, per annum, all routine replacement spares, a minimum of two Breakdown visits per site, per annum (amount is dependent on number of printers), up to £500.00 of spare parts per printer (when fitted or authorised by a Domino engineer) and Extended Hours Helpline support. The contract also offers the following discounts.

TotalCare plus Guarantee
We offer a Guarantee on our new machines which provides you with full peace of mind. Within this agreement, we offer a managed maintenance programme, full breakdown support and all parts when fitted or authorised by a Domino engineer. This agreement also fixes your price for a five year period so that you retain control over your cost of ownership.
