Domino wins Chicago’s 101 Best & Brightest for the 2nd year running
Domino North America, manufacturer of product identification, traceability and digital printing solutions, has been selected as one of Chicago's 101 Best and Brightest Companies To Work For, two years in a row! With the North American operations based in Gurnee, Illinois, Domino is honored to achieve this commendation. This prestigious award is presented by the National Association for Business Resources (NABR) in which they honor local companies that recognize employees as their greatest asset. Winners are selected by an independent market research company, which reviews an extensive amount of quantitative and qualitative data, as well as input from an independent panel of judges.
Companies are evaluated based on their competency in the areas of communication, community initiatives, compensation and benefits, diversity and multi-culturalism, employee education and development, employee engagement and commitment, recognition and retention, recruitment and selection, and work-life balance.
Employee surveys were also evaluated to assess Domino across all the required categories, and provide a major factor in the decision making process for this award. Domino is all about ‘doing more’. Our people share a distinctive attitude that focuses on the ‘Domino experience’. Our approach is apparent in the resourcefulness of our people in supporting customers, and in their willingness to embrace responsibility and do what’s right.
