Innovative coding systems for the filling process

D-Series Laser D620i IP65 with Controller and TouchScreen

At this year’s Brau Beviale in exhibition hall 7, booth 226, Domino presents innovative ink jet, laser and print and apply labelling technologies. Contributing to the increasing efficiency and flexibility of the filling and packaging process, these coding technologies can be integrated smoothly into existing production lines. All system technologies demonstrate reliability, maximum availability of equipment as well as high print quality on a range of substrates.

NEW: D-Series IP65 Laser Coder

Thanks to increased performance and speed of the new D-series combined with an optional IP65-rated version, laser systems are available that meet the requirements of the most demanding applications and production environments including the high speed labelling of beverage packaging.

NEW: A320i Ink Jet Coder

With the intelligence to manage itself, the latest ink jet printer reduces costs and simplifies the production line. The coordinated i-Tech components (Qube and inks) provide for maximum production safety. Moreover, the intuitive operation simplifies the daily work with the system.

A-Series plus Duo Twin Ink Jet Printer

Even at an output quantity of 2000 products per minute, which is standard on high speed can and bottling production lines, the twin line ink jet printer ensures a constantly high efficiency of the production line. In such environments, the A-series plus Duo is an extremely cost-efficient solution.

Secondary and Tertiary Packaging Labelling

In addition to product and primary coding systems, Domino also offers print and apply labelling solutions for secondary and tertiary packaging. For bundle coding (carton, tray, shrink wrap) Domino offers print and apply labellers with a choice of applicators from the side or the top,. Pallet labelling on up to three sides according to GS1-standard is also available

NEW Kameleon Coding Automation

The new multi-coder control connects all of Domino’s labelling systems across a single user interface. It enables the display and monitoring of the system status as well as the surveillance of the production progress on all system levels contributing to the overall equipment effectiveness.
