Awards and Accreditations

Awards Domino's commitment to world-class excellence in the manufacture and distribution of coding and printing solutions has earned recognition from the UK government and industry bodies. Recent outstanding achievements include:
Environmental awards 2007 In 2007 the Domino UK Green Team managed to win two major awards in environmental excellence:
	Green Apple Gold Award - major prize in the International Green Apple Awards 2007 for Environmental Best Practice with the National Gold Award in recognition of what the staff and Green Team have achieved to help protect the environment. Commercial recycling champion - part of the Awards for Excellence in Recycling and Waste Management for achieving a 66% reduction in landfill waste at Domino by the adoption of a rigorous recycling strategy.
Manufacturing Excellence Awards 2005
	Award for People Effectiveness, in recognition of the input of Domino staff and their proactive involvement in all aspects of the company’s operation.
The Queens Award for Enterprise
	A Queen's Award is the highest honour that can be bestowed on a UK business. To have a Queens Award is to be acknowledged as the best in your field. To date Domino has won 4 awards, the most recent of which are: 2001 - Queens Award for Export 2000 - Queens Award for International Trade
Deloitte & Touche Technology Fast 50 - 2004
	Started in San Jose, the centre of Silicon Valley in 1995 the Fast 50 programme has expanded to over 20 major cities worldwide, having quickly become a technology benchmark of success. The UK Fast 50 programme is a ranking of the fastest growing technology companies in the UK and Ireland. Domino also secured the award in 1999, 2001 and 2002, testimony to Domino's continual growth and success.
Accreditations
ISO 9001 FM 13758	Domino's commitment to quality is reflected by the ISO 9000 series of quality assurance accredited manufacturing plants in UK, USA and China as well as subsidiaries in UK, Spain, France and The Netherlands. Wiedenbach Apparatau, a Domino Group Company has also achieved ISO9001.
ISO 14001 EMS 59650	In addition to this, Domino's printer plant in China and fluid factories in the UK, China and USA have achieved the latest ISO14001 accreditation for environmental management and improvement. The accreditations were awarded as a result of continued efforts to reduce the plants electricity consumption without reducing production and reducing plant waste through recycling.
Domino has also achieved accreditation to the prestigious International Safety Rating System (ISRS) in both UK and US fluid manufacturing facilities. Used as a worldwide safety audit tool, the ISRS delivers significant benefits as a Loss Control Management System. See attached certificates below. For more information contact Domino.
