When I joined Domino as a contractor in November 2000 I would not have believed a company could be so influential. Upon becoming a permanent member of the production team in March 2001, I was given every opportunity to show my individual worth and increase my knowledge and understanding in all areas of a manufacturing department. I was given lots of responsibility, and also asked to oversee a subdivision of a section, which I thoroughly enjoyed. It also gave me confidence in my own abilities.
Domino has actively encouraged me to improve my education and I have been able to retake two GCSE’s during a two-year period from September 2001 - 2003.

I then took a break from both work and my studies for the birth of my first child. Once my maternity leave ended, I devised a flexible working plan, suitable to my own personal circumstances, so that I could return to work, part time for six months and then back to full-time by June 2005. Hoping to achieve a better understanding of business practices, I enrolled on a Business A/S Course in September. It is hard to balance such a busy life but I managed to pass my first exam and am presently awaiting the results of the others.
In June 2005, I was offered the position of UK Service & Support Co-Ordinator and am now engaged with ongoing training, in many different areas. I have always had ambition to learn and Domino are helping me to fulfill this.
