I joined Domino in 1988 straight from school, at the age of 16, as a Trainee Electronics Engineer but was soon given new opportunities. Domino has always encouraged me to expand my experience and knowledge of our business and I have worked in varying roles including product testing, shipping, and customer services. I have participated in many in-house training and development programs, which Domino are very keen to provide, all of which have helped me to establish myself in the business.
When Domino implemented Oracle Applications in May 1998 I was given the opportunity to specialise in the systems side of the business because of my wide exposure in Domino. I joined the IT department in 2002 leading a small team to
