After joining Domino in 1999 as a Production Engineer, I have received many opportunities to further develop my career. I have spent the majority of my time working within Production and Operations and have been team leader for the final test department. This involved managing twenty-two technicians on a daily basis and operating an efficient test facility. Throughout this period I received support and training in areas that previously I had had limited experience.
After eighteen months, I really wanted a change in my career path, so I approached Domino for a move to the Sales and Commercial area of the business. A position became available for me and now I am an Area Account Manager for the UK

Sales Team. This was a completely new role for me and as I had no previous Commercial experience, Domino’s training and continual support ensure that I am competent in commercial aspects of my role.

I was employed by Domino from 1991 to 2000, having been promoted and trained into several different roles during the nine years. After a successful and rewarding 4 year position elsewhere, I returned to Domino at the end of 2003 and have confirmed my original thoughts and experiences.
The caring culture had not changed, nor had the quality of its people and products. In fact, I felt that they had improved to an even higher standard! The development of staff into new roles, thereby creating opportunities, new experiences and challenges still continues. I am very pleased to be back!
