Programmes are offered to develop a wide variety of skills such as leadership, teambuilding, presentation and interpersonal. In certain cases support is provided towards technical and professional qualifications. It is the individual’s responsibility, through discussions with their manager, to request further training relevant to their role or career development.
We adopt a creative approach to career progression, responding to people's aspirations and providing cross training where needed.
