Domino Printing Sciences, plc, has today announced the acquisition of Enterprise Information Systems, Inc (EIS), the leading automatic identification and data capture systems integration specialists based in Dallas, Texas. Specializing in the deployment of RFID technology integration to provide traceability solutions throughout the supply chain, EIS will be incorporated into Domino’s Integrated Solution Group. This combined business will add considerable strength to Domino’s offering and delivery of integration capabilities throughout the US market.
This latest acquisition by Domino’s Integrated Solutions Group reinforces its commitment to the fast-expanding product and asset tracking and traceability market, further enhancing its position as a leading global provider of complete RFID and other coding solutions.

Enterprise Information Systems will continue to operate from its base in Dallas, Texas and operate under the EIS brand name as a Domino Company within the Integrated Solutions Group.
