TotalCare

The TotalCare program is a part of Domino's on-going commitment to providing complete solutions for your printing and aftermarket needs. Domino machines and fluids are designed and manufactured to the highest standards to ensure a trouble-free life and reliable printing. With any equipment though, it's vital to know that you have the back-up of the supplier. TotalCare is Domino's name for the package of support you can rely on from the leader in coding and marking solutions.

TotalCare plus

Domino is pleased to offer our NEW TotalCare plus program, an integrated range of easy-to-use technologies and services for our plus range of coding equipment.  All customers receive TotalCare plus Start and TotalCare plus Standard for proactive installation management and standard field service access.  

Our extended range of TotalCare plus services allow you to choose the level of aftermarket care that is best suited to your needs, whether you only need enhanced assistance or require Domino to manage all of your maintenance needs.  The attached brochure below reviews each TotalCare plus offering.

TotalCare Classic 

Domino’s TotalCare Classic aftermarket offerings are for our classic printers and include:

  • Technical on-site service provided by certified factory trained service engineers who have complete knowledge of the Domino product line and who undergo continual product training to keep them current on all product updates
  • Genuine Domino fluids that are optimized and continually tested to run efficiently in your Domino printers
  • Genuine Domino spares and accessories from the original equipment manufacturer
  • Factory advanced training programs by certified trainers to increase your operator’s efficiency

Other Specialized Agreements

 

Fluids Agreement

This agreement is an agreement for a yearly volume of fluids that affords the customer a discount. This customer can choose to enter blanket orders to cover their yearly production requirements that schedule shipments per production demands or you can call orders in as needed giving a purchase order number each time.

 

Diamond Agreement

This is an all-inclusive contract that includes service labor, travel, parts, and fluids. Each component of this contract is carefully calculated to include the customer’s maintenance/production needs. A blanket order is entered to cover the fluids allotment. Spares and service are entered as needed by the customer. This contract requires one preventative maintenance (PM) per printer during term of the contract. PMs are to be scheduled for the appropriate date at the commencement of the contract.

 

Sapphire Agreement

This is an all-inclusive contract that includes service labor, travel, and parts. Each component of this contract is carefully calculated to include the customer’s maintenance/production needs. Spares and service are entered as needed by the customer. This contract requires one preventative maintenance (PM) per printer during term of the contract. PMs are to be scheduled for the appropriate date at the commencement of the contract.
