BaseLine ink jet material handlingDomino's BaseLine ink jet mail base is a complete, versatile material handling solution that easily integrates with the full range of Domino ink jet printers - L-Series, K-Series, Bitjet+, JetArray and A-Series. The BaseLine delivers high speed feeding of envelopes, postcards, magazines and catalogues as well as packaging and plastic cards.

Smooth drive mechanism that enables exceptional print quality of 600dpi and above to be achieved.
Single, wide ink jet belt
Powerful vacuum for consistent material handling
Custom designed product hold-downs to prevent smearing
Dryer section designed to withstand the most aggressive dryer technologies

To the last detail, BaseLine was designed with the ink jet applications in mind.

Friction Feeder

Operates nominally at 20,000 products per hour (400ft/min,120m/min), including postcards, envelopes or cover sheets as well as pamphlets and small catalogues ranging up to 0.16" (4mm) in thickness.

Shuttle Feeder

Handles up to 0.63" (16mm) thick magazines and catalogues with speeds nominally at 12,000 perfect bound products per hour.
Includes a 19.6" (500mm) stack size and can be integrated with an autoloader in order to mazimise throughput.
