Learning & Talent Coordinator (12 month FTC)

About the role
Domino is entering a new chapter, with newly introduced values, a strategic framework and leadership behaviours. This role partly covers maternity leave and provides key support to learning and talent development in the business, helping Domino to be a great place to work with a culture of personal development.
Based in Bar Hill, Cambridgeshire you will initially be joining a team of two with a global remit. Once you have had a thorough hand over, you will be responsible for the first line enquiries about learning and support the administration of the department. This role will be responsible for our Learning Management System (LMS). As the main point of contact for internal stakeholders you will deal with support issues and provide advice regarding the system and how best to use it. You can expect to support colleagues with uploading content, creating learning paths and liaising with Subject Matter Experts and Content Creators as well as drive continuous improvements.
Additional responsibilities include:
- Coordination of the Talent Programmes such as People Management Toolkit, 360 Feedback and development programmes, including invoice management of external training providers.
- Coordinating the early in career process.
- Contribute to the onboarding process, so that new joiners feel welcomed, informed, and connected to colleagues and the business.
- Ad hoc project work such as coordinating translation of learning content and resources.
Learning and Talent Coordination requires drive, attention to detail and energy. Not only will you be highly organised and outcome focused – you’ll also have proven experience within a learning and development function.
Proactive in your approach, you’ll have a desire to embrace and drive change whilst identifying and supporting process improvements and efficiencies. This coupled with your effective communication means that you’ll be able to work autonomously, exploring the feasibility of creative solutions.
This role would suit someone with existing knowledge of Learning Management Systems (LMS). Holding a CIPD level 3 qualification in Learning and Development or equivalent experiencewould be advantageous. Whilst this role has global remit, minimal global travel will be required.
