Talent Development Coordinator
Domino is entering a new chapter, with newly introduced Values, a Strategic Framework and Leadership Behaviours. We’re keen to improve the depth and diversity of our talent pipeline and we’re hiring a Talent Development Coordinator who’ll be fundamental in the successful roll out of a revised leadership, talent and people development framework.
We’re market leaders in our industry and it’s important to us that Domino is a great place to work, where talent is identified, recognized and developed within a culture of personal development.
About the role
Based at our Cambridgeshire head office, you’ll join the team in this brand-new role, having the opportunity to shape new learning and talent initiatives from conception to delivery, on a global scale.
The effective coordination of Domino’s talent programs and initiatives is key to the success of this role. As you find your feet at Domino and in the role, you’ll be the main point of contact for both internal stakeholders and external providers in organising and steering initiatives towards delivery. You’ll establish effective evaluation tools and methods which will be used for continuous improvements. Already familiar with learning and development metrics and administration, you’ll be skilled in accurate reporting and solution focused thinking.
This role will also coordinate broader development initiatives such as our People Manager Toolkit as well as Onboarding, developing new starters’ experience so that they feel welcomed, informed and connected to people and the business. This will involve contributing to the global onboarding strategy and content, in addition to providing local coordination.
As the point of contact for our apprenticeship program and associated administration you’ll assist with internal events and external early career talent attraction, supporting Domino’s efforts in growing an early career talent pipeline. You’ll be passionate about personal development and you’ll have ideas on how we can continuously promote and embed a culture of personal development and learning across the organisation.
Coordinating successful talent programs globally requires drive, attention to detail and energy. Not only will you be highly organised and outcome focused – you’ll also be a talent coordination whiz, with proven experience within a learning and development function, contributing to talent initiatives, programs and engaging with stakeholders.
Proactive in your approach, you’ll have a desire to embrace and drive change whilst identifying and supporting process improvements and efficiencies. This coupled with your effective communication means that you’ll be able to work autonomously, exploring the feasibility of creative solutions.
This role would suit someone with a CIPD level 3 qualification in Learning and Development or equivalent experience. Existing knowledge of Learning Management Systems (LMS) and the Apprenticeship Levy Management would be advantageous. Whilst this role has global remit, minimal travel will be required. If you’re experienced in this area and looking for a role where you can offer creative ideas and build your experience in shaping and coordinating talent programmes, then please apply now!
