We are looking for an enthusiastic individual to join the manufacturing team. If successful you will be a key member of the team responsible for manufacturing various electronic and mechanical assemblies for Domino products to the required company training standards within set timescales. You will produce components providing a proactive service to meet the needs of our internal and external customers, ensuring quality and service levels are met.

This is a full-time role working 37 hours per week on an annualised hours plan which will require you to work 0630 – 1630, Monday to Thursday with the flexibility to work Fridays (hours are banked) as required in line with fluctuating customer demand.
Please note: due to the nature of the role and tasks the individual must be comfortable standing for long periods of time at a workstation and participating in manual handling activities.
KEY TASKS / ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Manufacture various types of assemblies following company work procedures, using bonding and fixing techniques i.e. epoxy resins, screws, nuts, drilling etc.
- Assist, when required, in other areas of the company such as packing area
- Assist with the building of prototypes
- Conduct initial testing of piece parts used in production assemblies
- Adhere to all ISO9000 procedures.
- Adhere to material control procedures
- Adhere to correct usage of MES (Manufacturing execution system)
- Inform the team leader asap of any delays in test of products, which are likely to affect despatch to the customer
- Actively participate in all continuous improvement activities and ongoing projects as required
- Undertake all tasks as required in accordance with standard Domino working practices and quality procedure
- Maintain the highest standards of housekeeping in all areas
- Ensure Health and Safety policies and procedures are adhered to at all times
- Carry out any other reasonable duty as requested by team leader
