About the role

Reporting to the Customer Operations Director, the main responsibility of this role is to ensure a collaborative leadership of the global Supply Chain function, working closely with production sites, warehouses and distribution channels in Europe, Asia, and North America.

Working with a small team of direct reports, the position is responsible for the systems and processes supporting customer deliveries and intercompany movements, planning and inventory optimisation, and the development of strategic relationships with third party logistics providers.

You will be expected to establish high performing and customer-centric supply chain systems, policies and best practices whilst building a culture of Group alignment and compliance.  You will have demonstrable achievements in risk management to ensure business reliability, resilience, and continuity.

The successful candidate will have a proven record of creating a collaborative environment and an ability to develop talent and build a strong succession pipeline from a virtual global team. You will be driving a culture of results-based continuous improvement.

About you

A supply chain or business-related degree and experience of working in a leadership role within complex global supply chains in an international organisation. Exposure to driving programs with a heavy emphasis on change management would be an advantage, as would a good operational knowledge of ERP systems. We are looking for a highly accountable leader, experienced in managing projects and able to create a motivating working environment focused on continuous improvement.
