About the role

Reporting to the International Trade Compliance Manager, the main responsibility of this role is to provide administrative support and assistance to the Domino group Trade Compliance team as well as various internal and external stakeholders to ensure that import and export activities are conducted compliantly across our Domino global sites.

Your main responsibilities will include an improvement of data administration, specifically data relating to preferential origin, Tariff codes and Import/Export clearance. You will be working closely with Customs Brokers, EU sales channels and customer support teams to ensure the highest standards of trade compliance across the Domino business.

You will be expected to provide comprehensive administrative support to the busy team to help dealing with day-to-day queries that emerge from different Domino teams.

You will be involved in various Domino cross-functional projects related to the improvement of supply chain activities and international trade and duty relief regimes.

About you

Ideally, you will have a working knowledge of trade compliance and importing/exporting, along with a formal introductory import-export training courses covering Tariff classification, Origin (Preferential and Non-Preferential) and duty relief regimes. We are looking for an ambitious individual with a willing, helpful attitude and a calm professional manner. You must be able to work across different functions, demonstrating drive and determination to achieve objectives while collaborating with the team and a broader stakeholder audience, always maintaining calm and professional manner.
