About the role 

Reporting to the Group Customer Experience Director, your role as Channel Development Programme & Change Manager will involve managing the Customer Experience programme and acting in the capacity of Programme Manager with delegated responsibility for the day-to-day running of the programme and projects within it. The successful candidate will oversee and coordinate reporting of the Channel Division’s entire portfolio of change. 

As part of your role you will: 

  • Organise and monitor activities of inter-connecting projects providing effective management of dependencies and interdependencies. 

  • Establish a project and change management framework to support the delivery of each programme; providing operational support, coaching and health checks to enable execution of the portfolio. 

  • Progress the maturity of project and programme capability in the Channels Division and support the development of capability at Enterprise level. 

  • Provide co-ordination and governance for the Channel Development leadership toolbox. 

  • Coach and support colleagues assigned to projects within the portfolio. 

 About you 

To be successful in this role you will need to have a recognised project, programme or portfolio management qualification. We are looking for someone who has experience in managing complex projects and programmes involving multi-disciplinary teams with excellent knowledge of change management principles and tools. Previous experience in similar roles with financial budgets, forecasting and analysis responsibilities will be beneficial. 

You will be someone who excels in managing diverse workloads with the opportunity to think strategically to devise methods to innovatively meet business needs. The role requires excellent stakeholder and relationship management both within and outside the organisation requiring a high level of tenacity and negotiation skills to grow support, resource, and commitment to ultimately drive exceptional results.
