About the role
We have a fantastic new opportunity for someone to contribute to Domino’s ambitious transformation agenda as a Portfolio Director for our Commercial Division.
This role can be located remotely and we welcome applications from any of our Domino locations around the globe. Candidates will need flexibility to travel on occasions as appropriate.
This role offers a great opportunity to:
- Lead a team of project, programme and change managers to deliver an ambitious portfolio of change across Domino’s sales channels.
- Ensure the delivery of outputs or services from each project meets its objectives; aiming to maximise return on investment and benefits realisation.
- Contribute to the development of the Channel Development Centre of Excellence and the functional toolbox to support it.
About you
- A strategic thinker who is passionate about customer experience and business performance improvement with the tenacity and experience to deliver it in challenging circumstances.
- Passionate and inspirational with the ability and experience to lead and motivate teams during period of significant change.
- A proven track record of business transformation, change management and business improvement.
