About the role

The role of Salesforce Business Analyst within the IT Department will be to identify process and system improvements to support our organisations requirements and best practice Force.com and associated third party products to support Sales, Marketing and Service Teams. The role will be at the centre of optimising Force.com, by providing system administration, business analysis, design, development and configuration, with a particular interest in Lightning, Service Cloud, knowledge base and communities creation and management to help the business become better connected.

In this role you can also expect to investigate and resolve issues that are not covered by the MIS Service Desk Analyst or Salesforce Administrators, producing resolution documentation for the helpdesk knowledge base. We’ll be asking the Business Analyst to share their expertise in the form of supporting implementations and testing of new applications as well as contributing to process improvements projects and training courses for our Domino colleagues ensuring they’re suitability proficient in the use of company systems.

About you

You’ll be a Salesforce expert with experience as a Business Analyst with hands on development experience of Salesforce Lightning, in depth knowledge of Force.com applications and service cloud and process automation. Understanding of the Salesforce development lifecycle and using sandboxes would be also beneficial.

You’ll have strong business partnering skills, with empathetic questioning and decisive analysis which is in turn translates into technical documentation in a business-friendly way, skilled in supporting end users with the Saleforce platform. Naturally curious, you’ll be interested in acquiring and expanding knowledge of potential modules and systems, happy to delegate or work part of a team.

This can be a remote role, our European locations include; Cambridge and Liverpool (UK), Barcelona and Madrid (Spain), Porto and Lisbon (Portugal), Paris (France), Antwerp (Belgium), Utretch (Netherlands), Frankfurt and Hamburg (Germany), Linköping and Timrå (Sweden). Candidates will need flexibility to travel on occasions as appropriate.
