About the role

Reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager, the key purpose of this role is to increase the visibility of the Domino brand and drive brand awareness through the delivery of creative, distinctive campaigns. You will work with the Written Content Specialist, Social Media & Community Engagement Specialist, and Visual Content Designer to deliver creative campaigns that increase engagement and drive traffic to our website.

In this full time role, you will play a key role in shaping and delivering a growing programme of brand-building campaigns and advertising programmes with a wide range of subject matter experts. This role will play an integral part in achieving our ambitions:

Campaign management

  • Building and managing effecting effective campaigns from conception to deployment, including scheduling, briefing, approvals, launch of the design, content, and production of all marketing campaign materials.

Digital Marketing

  • Working closely with our in-house specialists, and partnering with our agencies, you will have a strong understanding of digital and social media communications in order to put digital at the core of all campaigns. You have a genuine interest in digital developments and will foster an ‘always learning’ approach to ensure we are always optimising our approach.

Brand development

  • You will support the Senior Marketing Manager and Visual Content Designer in the development of the brand, including acting as one of our brand guardians to ensure all asset creation is supporting the brand positioning: “Domino. Do more.”

Localising and calendarising content

  • You will work closely to build relationships with our Regional Marketing Managers across the globe, and our Distributor Marketing Manager, to promote the uptake of brand awareness campaigns. You will localise all campaigns with the help of our friendly and helpful translation agency. You will ensure our content calendar is kept updated with all campaign activity, including PR and social media.

Essential to the success of this role is building effective relationships with all Domino subsidiaries and Distributor Marketing to ensure that they have involvement and full visibility of all activity happening that is either brand-led or part of the blog programme strategy.

About you

As an experienced B2B marketing professional you’ll be ready to join a global business, driving content marketing projects, campaigns, and advertising programmes. Experienced in managing content and brand-building marketing campaigns from concept creation, you’ll be skilled in budget planning, through to deployment management (in conjunction with media agencies), performance review, and optimisation.

With a full understanding of digital marketing metrics and their role within wider campaign success, data-driven performance improvement initiatives will be second nature to you, as well as effective communication of campaign objectives to key stakeholders. As a creative thinker and problem solver your ability to plan long-term strategies will be valuable in Domino optimising and targeting campaigns for key audience segments.
