Group Service Business Analyst

About the role
We have a fantastic new opportunity for someone looking to develop their career in our Group Service Team within Channel Development supporting the initiatives to become a data driven service organisation.
This role can be located remotely and we welcome applications from anyone living where we have a Domino entity. Candidates will need flexibility to travel on occasions as appropriate.
This role offers a great opportunity to:
• Be accountable for the service master data and oversees the utilisation of data for analytics use cases across the Group.
• Have day to day responsibility for managing service data assets and enforcing access policy.
• To enhance the quality and integrity of service data across the Group.
We are looking for someone with the following skills:
• Understanding or experience with visualisation tools such as Cognos and Powerbi.
• Experience of Enterprise service delivery applications such as ServiceMax from Salesforce.
• Knowledge in data management .
• Understanding in data architecture principles
• Understanding of SQL and data modelling strategies
• Able to communicate effectively with international stakeholders across the business
