About the role 

This is a fantastic new opportunity for somebody looking to join a very dynamic team and have a real influence in how we further develop our “Service Organisation of the Future” across the globe in supporting our end customers. 

You will work closely and collaborate with Channel Service Managers, Project Managers, IT and Systems Process Specialist developing and implementing global systems, processes and training to maximise adoption and usage of existing and future systems and service tools. 

You will be expected to identify opportunities to enhance Global Service processes through Continuous Improvement projects. 

About you 

We are looking for someone who is data driven and passionate about service with a very good understanding of ServiceMax, Salesforce or appropriate CRM systems. 

Ideally you will have great knowledge of continuous improvement and qualified to Yellow Belt or above with a forward-thinking outward looking mindset to identify and implement improvements that make a tangible change supporting the overall service strategy. 

You will be able to demonstrate the ability to work directly across functions and channels interacting with central teams, regional leaders and channel managers in our businesses and have good written and spoken English.
