About the role

Joining the IT department as a senior manager, you’ll be driving discussions to identify business capability needs to support the current and future business strategy and the interpretation of these at an IT operational level within Domino. As the Group Business Architect, you’ll streamline and rationalise the IT enablement solution applications  to business strategy. With support from our Group Data and Analytics Director, you’ll have a broad view to ensure end-to-end process value delivery within our IT department. We’d be looking for you to

  • Define the strategic, core and support processes to provide better visibility, efficiency and control.
  • Define the data shared across customers, group, our channels and suppliers, and the relationships between them, maximising the potential for automation through the value stream
  • Lead, create and own the strategic framework for end-to-end process management, with both global and local process owners.
  • Enable behavioural change across the business in line with architectural goals and best practice.

About You

This role would suit someone who’s passionate about using technology for business transformation; with a strong background in Computer Science or similar. You’ll enjoy the aspect of hands-on analysis, process capability descriptions and use of business intelligence to enhance business performance.
We’re seeking experts in process improvement management with a technical understanding of data architecture principles and functional understanding of SQL and data modelling strategies, plus a good understanding of Cognos and PowerBi. This is a great opportunity for someone who’s looking to progress a career within a department’s senior management team.

What you can expect

As a talented individual working at Domino, you can expect a competitive salary and a generous benefits package, including 25 days basic holiday (with the opportunity to buy and sell), a discretionary bonus, life insurance, medical insurance and access to the Green Car Scheme to name a few!
We recognise that flexible homeworking can be beneficial and at Domino we want people to feel able to own the way they work. For many of us this, this might be coming into the office most days, just a couple of times a week, or perhaps fortnightly. What’s important is that we enable you to get the best from us and for us to get the best from you, whether that’s from your home office or on site, as long as we continue to collaborate and enable great outcomes for our customers. We are a highly successful company, we’re large enough to offer career development opportunities yet small enough for your contribution to be readily recognised and rewarded. Our culture is built on our core values, Collaboration, Listening, Expertise, Ambition and Responsibility. We think Domino is a great place to work and if you join us, you’ll find yourself part of an organisation which really cares about their people, as well as offering challenging and rewarding careers.
