Are you a talented, ambitious Scrum Master looking for your next challenge in a role that gives you an opportunity to not only grow and develop as an SM but where you get to influence on Agile maturity and adoption?  We are a rapidly maturing Agile Software department of 70+ developers and testers who have embraced Agile thinking and methodologies (Scrum).  We are responsible for design, implementation and testing of the software for all Domino coding and marking products whilst supporting and developing our infield products. 

Your role as Scrum Master at Domino is not merely leading one or more scrum teams through project developments, with a focus on delivering the required and expected business value and results to the business.  You will also be responsible for understanding your teams maturity levels and for creating innovative methods and techniques for developing your teams maturity and leading them on the journey towards becoming ‘High Performing’. 

You will connect  with our existing Scrum Masters who, as part of the Scrum Master community,  are leading an initiative called ‘Serving the Organisation’, this is aimed at promoting Agile mindsets in the wider Domino business.  By joining the Scrum Master community you will  have the challenge of contributing and influencing to the adoption of agile,  By working collaboratively with other business units, promoting how agile can provide solutions (in the way of innovate methods, workshops etc) that lead to improved Business Agility. 

As part of your role you will; 

  • Be responsible for facilitating one or more scrum teams through Scrum processes and ceremonies in a maturing Agile environment.  

  • Have a responsibility for ensuring transparency of all project issues through metrics, proactive communication and know when to escalate issues and roadblocks.  

  • Cultivate a team environment of communication and collaboration with an emphasis on team commitment and delivery of value back to the business.  

  • Take a proactive role in helping raise the profile of community of Scrum Masters who work collaboratively to continuously improve this discipline and the Agile methodology within the business. 

  • Inspire change and continuous improvement with a focus on efficiency, productivity, happiness, and motivation of the team  

  • Develop good relationships across the organization, and help your team connect to the right people 

  • Look for and remove team impediments and `noise` to improve team productivity 

To be successful in this role you will need to have experience delivering in agile methodology, working within a Scrum team with a mixture of agile abilities, a servant-leader mentality. Knowledge of Agile metrics and the software development life cycle is desired.
