Talent Acquisition Specialist
Working as part of the UK & EMEA HR Team you’ll have a passion for talent acquisition and demonstrable expertise in sourcing the best candidates for our roles. You’ll play a key part in promoting Domino as an employer of choice and you’ll be responsible for attracting, candidates and building a pipeline of talent. You’ll employ a range of creative sourcing and search strategies and use internal and external channels to ensure efficient and successful hiring.
This role is not a typical internal recruitment role, you will be our brand ambassador, and have the drive and determination to really make a difference. You will be curious and creative in finding solutions and use social media platforms to engage and develop relationships with candidates for current and future vacancies. You will build an excellent understanding of the many varied vacancies we have and maintain great relationships with our suppliers and the hiring managers. We will be introducing a new ATS which you will ultimately be responsible for, which means keeping all records up to date and looking after the recruitment administration involved in delivering a talent acquisition service that is second to none.
What you’ll bring…
You will have experience of working as a Recruiter, ideally in an internal role and with international experience in Europe and the Middle East. You will have successfully managed multiple vacancies across a variety of business areas, whilst maintaining great communication with hiring managers and candidates alike. You will have experience of using social media platforms be a confident presenter, able to represent Domino at external events. You will be a natural networker and build positive relationships both internally and externally.
You will have excellent sourcing capability and a proven track record of finding, attracting and securing high quality candidates deploying a wide variety of tools and resources. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as proficient administrative skills.
