About the role

As the Aftermarket Coordinator you’ll join an internal sales team with both sales and administrative responsibilities to deliver high quality customer service to our existing customers. Through a blend of sales and administration the team will be key to developing opportunities for sales which meet the needs of our customers, whilst also enabling the team to develop and achieve yearly sales target.

With guidance form the Aftermarket Sales Manager you’ll have the opportunity to build relationships with our existing customers, developing opportunities for incremental sales of service contracts, training and consumables. Through proactive telephone calls you will develop and grown an understanding of our customers’ needs and how Domino can support them. The customer insights you gain will contribute to the product pricing and customer discounts reviews that you’ll undertake, contributing to the department’s profitability, as well as further initiatives to grow the UK Aftermarket business. From time to time you will support in raising complaints on behalf of our customers and then managing the complaints through our internal processes. 

About You

This is a fast-paced varied role requiring tenacity and exceptional communication skills for someone who likes to be close to the heart of the business. Joining a team tasked with growing the UK aftermarket business you’ll be a proactive individual who thrives in a busy team, multi-tasking a variety of responsibilities whilst always maintaining a customer focus. We’re seeking a candidate with previous experience within B2B aftersales, consumable agreements or an office-based sales setting.  Combined with the above experience, candidates who would be successful in the role will have excellent attention to detail, be confident with databases and methodical in their organisation. Equally, you’ll be someone who builds rapport easily, using your personable nature and curiosity to build effective relationship and to learn from others.
