About the role 

 As a Business Development Manager, you’ll be responsible for developing new business within a defined geographical area, to contribute to Domino’s growing success. 

In this field-based role, you’ll develop opportunities to sell the Domino range of printers, solutions and services to prospective accounts, developing new incremental business within the production and packaging sectors. We’ll support you in becoming a recognised coding and marking sales specialist who can demonstrate the service excellence we’re known for, inspiring confidence with our products and services, leveraging future business success for our customers.  

This role will be part of our successful national sales team, working closely with marketing, customer support and technical colleagues. With proven progression routes within the team, we can offer great scope for ambitious individuals who are seeking to build a successful commercial career. 

About you 

Previous exposure within Printing, Manufacturing, Packaging, Processing, Machinery, Technology or Food & Pharmaceutical would be beneficial in enabling you to quickly build rapport and credibility throughout the manufacturing industry we operate in. Combined with experience in capital equipment sales and delivery of technical solutions you’ll be able to build strong business relationships inspiring confidence for businesses to engage with Domino for the first time. 

As someone who’s curious, you’re always keen to understand the “how” and the “why” behind products and services through empathetic questioning and listening. Coupled with high drive, determination and resilience, you’ll have demonstrable experience in providing compelling solutions for the needs of customers. You’ll need to be an organised, independent individual with knowledge and experience in applying different sales techniques, financial models and utilising various data management and reporting tools, as required. 

A full driving licence and willingness to travel regionally is required for this role.
