UK Commercial Support Co-ordinator
The MNC, OEM and Sector (MOS) team manage commercial activity relating to Domino’s most valuable and largest customers. To support ambitious sales growth, there is an increasing requirement to effectively manage and report on customer activity and critical to this is the role of the Commercial Support Co-ordinator.
Key elements of the Commercial Support Co-ordinator role are:
- Database maintenance and both product and financial reporting
- Supporting the global project teams on defined key accounts
- Proactive order management of complex, high value sales ensuring on time, in full delivery
- Identifying and implementing process improvements
- Projects including pricing, global agreements, marketing content creation
As the ideal candidate, you will be:
- Organised and process driven
- Attentive to detail
- Analytical and numerate
- Self-driven to deliver customer service excellence
- Familiar with information tools such as Microsoft Office (Excel to advanced standard), databases (Oracle and Salesforce preferred) and project planning
- Knowledgeable in global B2B process including movement of goods and services within legislative frameworks
