 About the role - Commercial Product Trainer

Joining the Sales Enablement team, the Commercial Product Trainer will deliver training programmes of our Coding and Marking products and solutions, enabling our sales teams to reach their full potential. You’ll create, deliver and manage training content, proactively reviewing training courses and programmes to meet the commercial training needs of the business, including practical and theoretical sessions. Working with the Product team in preparation of new product launches, you’ll also ensure that our sales teams are prepared, equipped and confident to leverage opportunities when we launch.  Additionally, the Commercial Product Trainer will:

  • Provide inductions and initial commercial product training to all new joiners of our Sales teams, covering selling points and competitor context, managing the associated administration.
  • Develop and deliver training solutions to improve skills and competencies including value selling and propositions, creating a culture of continuous learning.
  • Create blended learning solutions to enable training on a global scale in addition to the administration of training activities within our Learning Management System.
  • Work with the Product team updating training and resources as they evolve.

ABOUT YOU

As an accredited and experienced Product Trainer, adept in providing and designing blended learning solutions you’ll enjoy working with commercial teams, engaging an audience of sales professionals. Suitable candidates will be experienced in identifying and designing needs-based training plans and associated administration of Learning Management Systems.

This varied and autonomous role requires an energetic and adaptable individual who enjoys both the opportunity to create and deliver learning content. You’ll be someone who enjoys the close proximity to the business, learning and communicating technical, business and market knowledge to others. As a natural networker, you’ll be personable, able to question, listen and empathise with individuals to build trust and influence others with credibility. The role will require flexibility to travel both long and short haul to deliver training as appropriate.
