As the Global Services Project Manager working as part of a focussed cross functional team, you will develop and lead implementation projects at global and local level to support the overall global service strategy through standardised business processes and change projects across Europe, Asia and the Americas.

As part of this transformation you’ll be pivotal in the implementation of continuous improvement by embedding service excellence.  This approach will be delivered through robust data-driven project plans, identifying risks, improvements and tangible outcomes which will define global best practice, fundamental to the service group’s 3-year plan. Using Lean methodology, leveraging our existing technologies (ServiceMax, Salesforce) and the latest technology such as AI/AR to improve how we support and add value to our customers, you’ll drive direction, goals and delivery against the project plan, enabling the highest service outcomes for our customers.

About you

We’re seeking a Project Manager who is experienced in delivering change within technical service operations, a B2B setting, coming from a background in the industrial capital equipment industry or similar. As a result, you’ll be familiar with the challenges and opportunities capital equipment suppliers face within these industries, with insights into how we can support our customers within a technical service world.

The role requires an experienced Project Manager with a Lean and or Prince 2 Toolbox who thrives in a fast-paced, delivery-focused environment. Suitable candidates will be skilled in producing technical documentation and building robust and creative project and change plans and delivering against them. You’ll be comfortable as both a leader and team member, with tactful influencing skills and the ability to be both inclusive and rigorous in your approach. 

This role has a global remit. Flexibility to travel internationally is essential, with the post holder to be based at our head office in Cambridgeshire, UK or an alternative Domino site globally.
