About the role 

We have an exciting new role in the Portfolio and Requirements team, within our Coding and Marking division. The Customer Insight & Requirements Manager will work across multiple product teams globally to ensure that Domino offers a consistent Whole Product Offering to our customers through standardising requirements across the portfolio of products. We want to deliver products that delight our customers and this new role will raise the standard of user requirements, personas and use cases that Domino provide to internal development teams to aid us in this goal.  

As our new Customer Insight & Requirements Manager, you’ll: 

  • Own the process for voice of the customers.  

  • Capture and communicate requirements throughout the lifecycle of a Domino product using industry best practice, Agile tools and techniques whilst maintaining alignment with the Portfolio Strategy. 

  • Ensure requirements for Domino’s whole product offering are applied consistently across all Domino technologies. 

  • Build and deliver training across a range of Agile roles and also techniques for Product Owners, Managers etc. 


About you 

Suitable candidates will be from a technical background, familiar with agile methodologies with experience of gathering and writing requirements.  The role offers the opportunity to provide the team with customer insights and translating these into tangible requirements. This role will be collaborative, working with global product teams to ensure that regional variations and solutions are captured, documented and communicated effectively.  

With strong interpersonal skills you will be comfortable building rapport, sharing techniques and training others. We're looking for an individual who's experienced in introducing good practise into a team and engaging hearts and minds, by applying a growth mindset to existing processes. This role will offer the opportunity to work in a cross functional team as well as autonomously. You’re ability to provide clarity in ambiguity will be valuable and we’ll ensure you have space to utilise your problem solving and decision making skills as part of this role.
