About the role 

Our Group Technical Communications team have a full-time permanent vacancy for a Validation Documentation Specialist. The role provides Pharmaceutical sector specific validation documentation, designed to ensure compliance of Domino products for install and test into manufacturing environments, in accordance with GAMP guidelines and 21 CFR Chapter 11 requirements. Working within a multi-disciplinary team, the primary purpose is to develop and deliver a quality service, coordinate activities and ensure effective communication. In doing so, a validation pack will be customised to offer a bespoke, customer specific set of application documents. Collaborating across product engineering and supply chain teams you’ll ensure that required documentation has been evaluated, tested and validated. Orders received for validation packs from both end user and distributor customers will require tailoring and testing to ensure exacting requirements are met and emphasise our expertise as market leaders.   

The role can be based at our global headquarters in Cambridgeshire, our site in Liverpool or remotely, with the possibility of relocation.   

About you  

You will be degree educated (or equivalent experience), ideally within a technical discipline. This role requires candidates who have experience of validation gained in a pharmaceutical manufacturing line or a similar highly regulated manufacturing industry, complemented by exposure to technical writing/authoring. In addition to previous project management experience you'll be familiar with GAMP guidelines and 21CFR Chapter 11 requirements. 

You are a proactive and organised individual, operating rigorous document control systems, maintaining meticulous records, and ensuring robust governance. You will likely be somewhat of a perfectionist, with exceptionally high standards of written English and a strong eye for detail, comfortable influencing others to drive quality in what we do, adapting your style as needed to deliver optimal results.
