About the role: Technical Helpdesk Engineer
As a Technical Helpdesk Engineer you are responsible for diagnosing, troubleshooting and identifying solutions to resolve Domino machine issues online and telephonically. Opening the customer call/ Understanding the issue/ Understand the reason for call/ listen and make detailed notes/ establish the level of urgency/ establish the customer frame of mind/ dealing with difficult customers and conflict situations/ interrogate the printer history/ explain courses of action.
You need to talk customers through a series of actions, either via phone, email or chat, until they have solved a technical issue within agreed time limits and ensure all details are properly logged in system.
Proven track record of success for at least 3 years as technical helpdesk personnel in multinational organization(s) of industrial automation related machines.
As a graduate from reputed institution and someone who is curious, you are always keen to understand the “how” and the “why” behind products and services through empathetic questioning and listening.
Coupled with high drive, determination, and resilience, you will have demonstrable experience in providing compelling solutions for the needs of customers. You will need to be an organised, independent individual with knowledge and experience in applying your technical acumen to solve machine problems with a customer centric approach. You should be well versed with telephonic etiquettes.
Graduate with Degree in Engineering/ BSc (maths/Physics) with at least 60% marks from reputed college.
