The role:

Full-time opportunity for a passionate Social Media Executive. If you’re up to date on social media trends, love the challenge of building an engaged audience, understand how to develop scroll-stopping content, and have the drive to create engaging copy – we’re looking for you!

The Social Media Executive will report to our Social Media Manager and be part of the Global Marketing team. This person will assist with creating and implementing our global social media strategy. With the assistance of our Social Media Manager, the Social Media Executive will research, plan, create, and schedule the monthly content calendar for Domino’s social media platforms and provide community management support. They will need to have an in-depth understanding of social media and the ability to plan out engaging posts at least one month in advance with the input of global colleagues. Sound ability in briefing brand compliant and creative content, which tells the Domino story is required. The Social Media Executive will deliver impactful, effective paid outreach campaigns and will be responsible for staying true to budget and agreed roadmaps, as well as achieving campaign objectives. This is a proactive content development role, so the Social Media Executive will need an eye for finding, creating, and amplifying high-quality stories and imagery.

This person will need to work well in a team, effectively manage and plan, use initiative and have the drive to identify opportunities and areas for improvement in our current social media operations. To understand the Domino brand, in-depth research and networking will be required to ensure the visual and tonal values are communicated consistently and effectively across all social media touchpoints.

This is a hybrid role which will on occasion require you in the office in Bar Hill for team collaboration. 

Primary responsibilities:

•    Curating internal and external content to fit with content themes (UGC, infographics, quotes, audio waves, videos, etc.).
•    Collaborating with various teams and stakeholders in different regions to create and schedule content targeting different languages and countries.
•    Coordinating paid outreach campaigns on LinkedIn, Facebook, and potentially other platforms, from developing the social copy and implementation to optimisation and reporting.
•    Analysing what is working and optimising content calendars accordingly.
•    Providing community management support and engaging in relevant conversations related to Domino.
•    Creating and scheduling campaigns in line with key holidays, events, and company milestones. Creativity and an eye for trends and topics that excite target audiences and create         dialogue are a must.
•    Supporting the Social Media Manager with planning and delivering impactful social media activities, such as LinkedIn Live events.
•    Providing in-depth social media performance reporting for all platforms and supported regions on a monthly basis.

Skills required:

•    Strong copywriting skills
•    One to two years’ experience managing social media content in a professional capacity (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram)
•    Experience in running paid outreach campaigns on LinkedIn and Facebook
•    Understanding of and up to date on current trends (both in content creation and modes of communicating)
•    Ability to multi-task on several projects and campaigns at once
•    Building/managing strong working relationships with stakeholders across the business
•    Previous use of social media scheduling, reporting, and social listening tools
•    Experience in providing community management support
•    Prior experience in leading projects to drive results
•    Experience in an international B2B role
•    Passionate and energetic presenter and influencer
