Edit an External Data Element

To edit an external data element:

1. On the TouchScreen, select Home > Edit current label.
   
   
2. Select the external data element.
   
   
3. Select the Edit icon.
   
   
   
   
4. Select Edit Variable at the top of the screen.
   
   
5. Select the Edit icon.
   
   
   
   
6. Counter settings can now be defined. Consult page 198 of the Ax-Series Product Manual for an explanation of the settings.
   
   
7. Select the green Tick icon to confirm the counter settings.
   
   
8. Select the green Tick icon to add the counter element to the label design.
   
   
9. Select the Save icon to save the change.
