CAUSE	REMEDY
Printhead to print surface distance is incorrectly set.	If possible, set the distance between the bottom of the printhead and the print surface to the recommended distance and calibrate the print height: Checking the printhead to print surface distance Calibrating the print height
Label height or label segment height is set too big.	Reduce the label's line height setting, or the label segment's line height setting: Reducing the label's line height Reduce the label segment's line height
