CAUSE	REMEDY
The printer is operating in a temperature environment that is outside of the specified range.	Check the temperature of the environment. The operating temperature should be between +5º to +45ºC (42ºF to 112ºF). Move the printer to an environment that is within specification, or adjust the temperature of the environment.
Ink system or printhead failure.	Shut down the printer and contact your local support office: Shutting down the printer
