The R-Series is the smart vision system range from Domino, created and optimised to work with all our range of printer. Now it is easier than ever to check every code and detect issues before they have any impact on your production. The R-Series eliminates labour-intensive manual inspections, reduces the amount of scrap, and helps to avoid the expense and brand damage associated with product recalls. That's what we call smart.

Because great printers are only half the solution. To maximise production output you also need to effectively control every print. That's why we've developed the R-Series vision system to seamlessly integrate with all Domino printers on automated, high-speed (up to 90 000 prints/hour) production lines.

Flexible and Future-Proof

The R-Series can grow with your needs – adding capabilities is a simple software update: from basic checking of code presence and position to machine readable code (MRC) validating and optical character verification (OCV).
To meet all requirements, two hardware options are available: The R-Series OEM is designed for control cabinet integration, while the R-Series i-Tech offers advanced barcode grading, large object and high speed code inspection and can run two cameras simultaneously.
Domino offers an extensive range of pre-configured cameras and lighting, with brackets to remove complexity, which can be easily integrated with Domino printers.
