Ax-Series - Alert ID 614 - Make-up Cartridge is Incompatible with Ink System

Incorrect make-up cartridge type.

Check the printer's make-up configuration and check the make-up cartridge:

• Checking the make-up configuration
• Checking the make-up cartridge

If the cartridge is the wrong type and make-up from the cartridge has entered the printer's ink system, switch off the printer immediately and contact your local support office:

• Shutting down the printer

If the cartridge is the wrong type and make-up from the cartridge has not entered the printer's ink system, replace the cartridge with a cartridge that matches the printer's configuration:
