Print and apply labelers. Easy to integrate. Easy to use. Easy to adapt.
Our Mx-Series range of print and apply labeling systems ensures you are equipped with an automated system that prints and applies labels accurately and consistently, reducing the risks of human errors. This is crucial in industries where precise labeling with dynamic or variable data is essential for product tracking, compliance, and quality control.
Intelligently simple to integrate into your production line, our range of industrial print and apply labeling systems are reliable, flexible, and robust. These systems can be configured for a wide range of applications, ensuring the ability to deploy global barcode standards for products and packaging. Whether applying a label on the front of individual products, on the top of a tray, or over the corner of a bundle package, the same fundamental requirements for traceability, legibility, and clarity apply.

The easy and safe choice for your labeling
The Mx-Series Print and Apply labeling systems offer flexibility through their modular concept and are equipped with a variety of applicators to meet your labeling requirements. Teamed with a robust printer, they ensure clear codes on accurately placed labels where they are needed. Our labeling technology uses 600 metre long label and ribbon rolls, resulting in minimal downtime for your production. The high-quality coding and labeling system, boast a resolution of 300 dpi. This is accomplished through a direct thermal/thermal transfer printer, which is available in both left-hand and right-hand variations.

Mx350i-eP Cabinet
The Mx350i-eP Cabinet is a protective enclosure designed for challenging production environments.
The main difference is that thermal transfer uses ribbon to transfer ink to the labels, creating a durable, long-lasting print; while direct thermal printing uses a heat-sensitive material that darkens when heated directly, no ribbon required. The Mx-Series printers can operate in either Thermal Transfer or Direct Thermal modes with a simple setting change on the printer.
The main advantages of thermal transfer are a more durable, long-lasting mark, and the ribbon protects the thermal print head so it will last much longer. Advantages of direct thermal are that no ribbon is required simplifying consumable changes and only requiring labels to be kept in stock. The printhead warranty on the Mx-Series printers is 100km for thermal transfer and 50km for direct thermal. Because of this, there is not a large operating cost difference between Thermal Transfer vs. Direct Thermal.
The S and SP applicators can apply labels to the Front, Side, Front & Side, Rear, or leading panel corner of a carton.
Yes, this can be done by removing the Thermal Print Head and making a simple setting change on the printer.
The Domino Print engine is used in the Mx-Series printer. This is a fully integrated solution simplifying the print system. There is only one set of motors, one set of belts, and one HMI for the system, resulting in a simpler, more compact solution. This differentiates the Mx-Series from many print and apply systems on the market as they build a frame around an OEM print engine, resulting in a larger, more complete solution.
Yes, with the addition of the ZPL pack the Mx-Series can accept ZPL label formats.
