The person will be responsible for effective customer interaction for consumable business and support regional teams. Responsibility includes coordinating with service engineers & sales engineers on field and with Logistics to track inward material and outward material. Ensure payment follow up with customers to achieve aftermarket business of the branch. Handle customers telephonic queries. Process customer PO in ERP system, track them & provide feedback to customer as required.
Who should apply?
The candidates with strong desire to make successful career in Customer Support, build and maintain good relations with internal and external customers. Graduate with at least 60% marks from reputed college with 3-7 years of experience in handling customer interactions and branch support. The person will be responsible for effective customer interaction for consumable business and support regional teams.
It is desirable to have experience of working on CRM platform such as SalesForce. Knowledge of Hindi, Marathi language is must. Knowledge of any south Indian language will be an added advantage.
Strong ability and focus on Payment Collection/debt management, should be adept with MS Office; especially excel skills & ERP System. Team Player and collaborative with Ability to develop long term business relationship. Strong ability and focus on Payment Collection/debt management is mandatory.
