Step 1

Check the Lights on the Quality Management Module (QMM)

  1. Open the printer cabinet door and check the lights on the QMM.

    b = Ink cartridge

    c = ITM

    Action
    YELLOW Not Found Try another
    FLASHING YELLOW Reading Wait
    GREEN Good No action required
    RED Not Good Try another
