How did we make our Industrial CIJ smarter?
If we go back to the beginning, we started by talking directly to our customers and seeing what their pain points were using traditional CIJ industrial printers. We spoke with businesses that use CIJ on their lines, day in and day out.
We truly wished to delve into their needs and their expectations for a ground-up redesign of our outgoing A-Series industrial printer. Once we were armed with that valuable knowledge, our team of research scientists, engineers and designers completely deconstructed the process of continuous inkjet printing, including its strengths and weaknesses, and truly started again from scratch.
In doing so, we discovered things about coding that are completely new to the industrial printing industry.
