Initially, you will learn the skills fundamental to your chosen business area; as you progress, you will spend time in other functions, developing relevant skills and knowledge and gaining experience in related areas of the business. The time spent in each department will be tailored to suit your learning needs.
Apprenticeships vary in length between two and five years depending on the business area, but all will offer you the opportunity to rotate around different parts of the business and gain a real understanding of what we do and where your strengths and interests lie.
For Modern Apprenticeships, you will need to have a good standard of education including 5 GCSE’s at grade C or above. For Higher Apprenticeships you will also need to have 3 A-Level’s at grade C or above. For all Apprenticeships you will need to have a strong interest in, and a natural aptitude for, your chosen subject. You should also be self-motivated and dedicated to achieving both your educational qualifications and excelling in ‘on the job’ training.
