Ink build-up on the charge electrode.	Clean the print head: i-Pulse Print Head Cleaning i-Pulse2 Print Head Cleaning i-Pulse Duo Print Head Cleaning i-Pulse RS Print Head Cleaning
Incorrect ink jet alignment.	Check the ink jet alignment: Checking the i-Pulse Ink Jet Alignment Checking the i-Pulse2 Ink Jet Alignment Checking the i-Pulse Duo Ink Jet Alignment Checking the i-Pulse RS Ink Jet Alignment Contact your local support office if the ink jet is misaligned.
Phase detector, or charge electrode fault.	Contact your local support office.
