Ax-Series - Alert ID 138 - Print Trigger Occurred Too Early

The product detect sensor is too far away from the printhead.

If possible, move and set up the product detect sensor closer to the printhead, to avoid the next product being detected before the current print is complete. A distance of 30 mm is recommended:

If it is not possible to move the printhead, adjust the product queue depth setting:

Label offset is too small.

Increase the label offset value:

The space between repeat prints is too small.

Increase the global repeat spacing value or increase the label's local repeat spacing value:

• Increasing the repeat spacing value

False print triggers from the product detect sensor.

Increase the product detect persistence value:

• Increasing the product detect persistence

Faulty product detect sensor.

Replace the product detect sensor. Contact your local support office.
