Description
PG is an abbreviation for Print-Go – usually loosely applied to mean a signal indicating that printing is to start immediately or after a pre-determined interval.

PI

PI is an abbreviation for Product Identification.

PID

Description
PID is an abbreviation for a Proportional, Integral, Derivative (type of feedback Control system).

PLD

Description
PLD is an abbreviation for a Programmable Logic Device.

PPR

Description
PPR is an abbreviation for Pulses Per Revolution. Number of pulses for 1 complete revolution of a shaft encoder.

Print Trigger

Description
Print Trigger is an abbreviation for the internal trigger signal to initiate printing.

Product Detect

Description
Product Detect is the signal received from either an external device (product sensor) or internally, to start the printing process. i.e if no delays or offsets are set, this will generate the print trigger signal immediately.
