Printing on bags

Many of our staple dried foods are packaged in bags

For printing on bags, and other forms of flexible packaging, thermal transfer overlay (TTO) printing is a highly efficient method. Our V-Series TTO printers are well-proven, and can accommodate changeovers without and downtime.

Our TTOs also offer low operational costs, thanks to minimal ribbon usage, yet can print many lines of text. This means ingredients can be printed on generic packs, or logos, QR codes and promo codes can be added, as well as production codes and barcodes.

Key customer information, such as crop variety, or ingredient provenance can also be included. Every design change can be set up and stored in advance, so there's less risk of error whenever there's a changeover in production. All of which means our V-Series printers reduce cost and waste at every stage of production.

Our easy to use, flexible and scalable software and service products are easy to integrate with all coding and labelling technologies. From a fully featured, free of change Label Editor to a range of powerful automation modules.
